The Power Bass... Evolved.

The new 2015 Bass Collection Power Bass sees a premium upgrade to The Bass Centre's award winning, single-pickup workhorse's already impressive spec with the addition of the Babicz Full Contact Hardware Bridge System.

Babicz FCH means better tonal transmission, increased sustain, locked-in tuning stability and superior control over string height and intonation setting.

This revolutionary new approach to bridge design, as the name suggests, provides "full contact" between the vibrating string and the body of the instrument, with over 50 times more contact surface area per saddle compared to conventional saddle designs. In addition, thanks to its unique, patented "eCAM" saddles, the Babicz FCH allows string height and intonation to be set with pinpoint precision, with adjustments firmly and securely locked into place, ensuring that the bridge saddle can never "sink" or "shift" while playing.

Inspired by a healthy obsession with vintage basses from the swinging 60's & informed by The Bass Centre's communication with professional players & customers throughout the World, a truly iconic design has been re-imagined to blend period accurate looks & a classic sound with a modern, light weight construction & a super fast, satin finish neck.

With its cool retro features, authentic tone, superb build quality, flawless finish & expert set-up, The Power Bass is an affordable, pro-grade instrument that represents astonishing value for money.
