My three stars are based solely on your customer service.

On product alone it would be one star. The D string could not tune up. I have a Steinberger headless 5 string bass, therefore tuning is via a knurled nut on the bridge. Fully tightened, I could only reach C. Together with your very helpful tech guy we devised a fix, using washers made from 2 plectrums to effectively move the screw back a few mm.

It is a bit of a bodger, but it works.

Apparently there is no standard length for DBE strings. Well, there should be. As these Elites bear your name, maybe you should lead the way.

I still think you are a fine company to do business with... Nobody gets it right all the time.
