Much, much better that some of your opposition I have used in the past. I had made several purchases in the past from a Southern English music supplier. They wanted £15 to send this same item to Northern Ireland. On three occasions in past years I’ve cancelled orders due to lack of enquiry response. "Bass Centre offered a wonderful service when I ordered my instrument. The customer service was quick and helpful with any questions I had and have already placed a second order with them. Definitely recommend to any bassist on the hunt for new gear. Although I never did receive the free t-shirt from ordering something over £350 :P :P :P "I've never been comfortable with music shops as there are so many that give 'advice' with commision attached to their motive. And to be fair, it's business. But The Bass Centre have always been quality with advice and response. I can't say much more than that. I have used the Bass Centre exclusively since the late 90s, altho I don't get up there much now as I live by the coast. I still order my Elites from there tho!
